Roadmap
Public Interventions
Five phases. Each one a real exhibition, not a checklist. No percentage bars, no dates we can't keep — a phase opens when the work is on a wall, and not before.

IPrint Release
OpenedThe first physical artifacts leave the studio — a limited print run tied directly to individual members.
Each print is pulled from a single member's portrait and numbered against their edition. What lives on-chain gets a paper twin — the same mark, pressed once, kept forever.

IICity Archive
In ProgressA living archive of documented interventions — photographs, locations, and the members behind them.
Work made on the street disappears by design. The archive is the counter-move: a record of what stood, where, and for how long, before the maintenance crews arrived.

IIIExhibition
AnnouncedA physical show. Walls, not screens. Members' work installed somewhere the public can walk through.
One room, one wall, one night. The collection comes off the feed and onto a surface you have to stand in front of. Location announced to holders first.

IVPhysical Collaboration
AnnouncedPartnerships with working artists and studios outside the collective — new mediums, new walls.
The mark leaves the house style. Painters, printers, and studios who never touched the chain get handed a member and told to do what they do.

VGlobal Collective
AnnouncedThe mark spreads beyond one city. Chapters, satellite exhibitions, a collective with no fixed address.
The last intervention has no venue because it has all of them. Chapters open where members already live — the network becomes the wall.

Details go up as each phase opens. Not before.
